What if I get a new mobile number?

Unfortunately, customers must Opt-In to the GOCare system again if they get a new mobile phone number. The new number will not be associated with a customer account without a new Opt-In process. Please ensure you update your BROADSTRIPE account with your new mobile contact number (and deleting the old mobile number). If you forget to make this important update, future GOCare messages will not be delivered. Undelivered messages to your old number will cause that number to be deleted from future GOCare alerts.
